This website www.brajbhoomitourandtravels.com is operated by Mathura Vrindavan Taxi Services (brand name: Braj Bhoomi Tour and Travels), a GST-registered proprietorship firm (GSTIN 09CTQPM5178J1ZS) owned by Madhav Mishra, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. In this page "we", "us" and "our" mean Mathura Vrindavan Taxi Services / Braj Bhoomi Tour and Travels.

1. Bookings and quotations

All tours, cabs and hotel stays are booked on the basis of a written quotation (WhatsApp/email) that lists the itinerary, inclusions, exclusions and price.
A booking is confirmed only after we receive the booking amount mentioned in the quotation and send you a confirmation.
Please share correct names, contact numbers, pickup address and number of travellers. Extra persons or luggage beyond the vehicle's capacity may need a bigger vehicle at extra cost.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees and depend on season, hotel category, vehicle and group size. Festival dates (Holi, Janmashtami, Diwali, long weekends) can cost more.
GST is charged as applicable and a GST invoice is issued.
Payments must be made only to our company current account or UPI shown on the payment details page. We are not responsible for money paid to any other account.
The balance amount is payable as per the quotation, usually before or at the start of the tour.

3. What is included

Unless the quotation says otherwise, packages include the private vehicle with driver, fuel, tolls, parking and driver allowance, and hotel stay for overnight packages. Entry tickets, boat rides, meals not mentioned, guide fees not mentioned, donations, VIP darshan and personal expenses are not included.

4. Itinerary, temple timings and darshan

Temple timings, darshan and aarti are controlled by the temple trusts and can change or close without notice, especially on festivals. We plan around them but cannot guarantee darshan at a particular time.
Routes may change because of traffic, road closures, police instructions, weather or crowd control. Our team will suggest the best alternative.
Premanand Ji Maharaj's darshan, satsang or padyatra depends entirely on the ashram's schedule and rules.

5. Vehicles and drivers

Vehicles are provided as per the category in your quotation (or a similar vehicle if needed). Drivers follow legal driving hours, so late-night driving may not be possible.
Smoking, alcohol and damage to the vehicle are not allowed; any damage will be charged.

6. Hotels

Hotels are booked in the category you choose. Check-in/check-out times, ID rules and hotel policies apply. If a hotel is unavailable we provide a similar hotel.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations, date changes and refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Responsibility

We act as the organiser of transport and as an agent for hotels and other services. We are not liable for loss, injury, delay or extra cost caused by events beyond our control (weather, strikes, accidents, government orders, temple closures, illness, etc.). Please keep your valuables safe – we are not responsible for lost items.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.
