We understand plans can change. This policy explains how cancellations, date changes and refunds work for tours, cabs and hotel bookings made with us.
1. Cancellation by you
Please inform us in writing (WhatsApp or email). The refund is calculated on the amount paid, based on how many days before the trip start date we receive your cancellation:

| 3 to 6 days before the trip | 25% of the amount paid |
| Less than 72 hours before the trip, or no-show | No refund |
- Hotel, train, flight, boat or event bookings made for you follow the cancellation rules of that provider; non-refundable bookings cannot be refunded.
- Festival dates (Holi, Janmashtami, Diwali, New Year and long weekends) may have stricter rules, which will be mentioned in your quotation.
2. Date change
You can request a change of date instead of cancelling. We will try to adjust the booking without extra charges, subject to availability and any difference in hotel or vehicle rates.
3. Cancellation by us
If we have to cancel because of a reason in our control, you get a full refund of the amount paid or a free date change. If the trip is affected by events beyond our control (floods, heavy rain, strikes, government orders, temple closures, road blocks), we will offer a date change or refund after deducting costs already paid to hotels and other providers.
4. Unused services
No refund is given for services not used once the trip has started (for example, skipped sightseeing, early check-out or reduced days).
5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are paid to the same bank account or UPI from which the payment was received, within 7–10 working days.
